Old College Try Plainview, New York
Founded–originally as 'Sequence'–in 2002, OCT's music was marked by confusion, anger, frustration, and lots of angular guitar noise. They quickly began playing shows in and around NYC before self-recording and releasing their debut EP in 2003. After many more shows, the band broke up in 2004 while recording a follow-up, "Old College Try is Finished". College is history, but all are friends today. ... more
